Is there any way to enlarge ones forehead? (photo)

Large forehead is when the vertical distance between the
hairline and the eyebrows is smaller that the vertical distance of the midface
or lower face. Short foreheads are
commonly seeing as youthful rather aged patients. As patients, specially men
matures, the forehead enlarges giving an “old” appearance. This is the reason
why hair transplant is very popular in men above their 30s.. Therefore,
patients with “small foreheads” should be evaluated by a board certified
plastic surgeon to determine this finding.Enlarging a forehead consist in moving the hairline
backwards so the distance between it and the eyebrows increases. Hair removal
with laser or other modalities is a good option to “enlarge” the forehead.
However, this modality requires multiple sessions to achieve a permanent
result. Any surgical procedure may leave scars that could become visible once
the hairline moves backwards due to aging. 

If you want to remove hair, you could do more electrolysis, or even laser hair removal. How old are you now? Most men start to get some recession of the hairline, so if you wait your hairline may just move back on its own. You don't want to start taking the hair off and then wish it was still there!

This is a very rare request. Aside from various options for hair removal (Laser hair reduction, electrolysis, shaving) one could consider expansion of the forehead skin using a tissue expander. Although theoretically possible, I would not recommend this approach. Rather, I'm jealous of your hairline...

If you have a very flexible scalp and forehead, an endoscpic type of forehead stretching operation could be done without you losing more hair.
