What can I do to fix my malar edema 3 weeks post-op from Morpheus8? (photos)

I had cheek filler in 2018 and immediately developed malar bags. A doctor recommended 3 rounds of Morpheus8 to help treat the edema. My last treatment was 3 weeks ago, and my malar edema looks worse, especially on my right side. Is there anything I can do to fix it?
