How can I prevent frequent front teeth micro chipping?

I am 32 yo female. I had 1 child 6 years ago. My two front teeth have been chipping, MICRO sized chips on the very bottom for the last few years. I have bought a night gaurd that Im trying my best to wear nightly. Im getting very worried because its very visible now. What can put on them to keep them as strong as I can? remineralization products? Ive read about Dentite? Should I supp with Calcium. I just need something else to do to keep them from chipping so easily. . Thank you in advance. I

Hey, Congratulations on becoming a Mother! Your Chipping teeth is likely caused by Bruxism or some kind of habit.

Are you chewing on anything regularly like pens, hard nuts, etc? If not, then it is definitely cause by a grinding habit. 
Wearing your night guard at night is the most affordable option, and is HIGHLY recommended. In some cases, these can be repaired with fillings, but fillings on the biting edge of teeth often times don't last. 
If you are unable to wear your night guard and the fillings pop out, Crowns will be the best long term solution for this. You need to have a doctor who will make a record of your parafunctional envelope. They should send this to the lab, so the crowns are made to fit your grinding habit.
