I’m a 41 yo 5’4” and around 110 pounds. I’ve had a prophylactic double mastectomy and a hysterectomy in 2020. Is it possible to get fat transfer under local anesthesia to fill hip dips? My surgeon wants to put a little fat in my implants but I’d rather have it in my hips if I’m going to have another surgery. What would the down time look like and is it safe? Traditional BBLs scare me and I don’t think I’m a candidate because of my BMI
