41, 5'4, 110lbs, is fat transfer for hip dips safer than BBL? (Photos)

You are an excellent candidate for a BBL and I would suggest a BBL over just having "hip dips" filled in for several reasons.

First off the safety. Liposuction is very safe and while people think a BBL is unsafe it is actually safer than a tummy tuck. That's not to say a tummy tuck is dangerous, it isn't, but a BBL has an even lower risk profile for complications. Here's why: ultrasound. All BBLs should be performed using ultrasound as you can see exactly where the fat is going and therefore make certain not to inject into or below the gluteus muscle and therefore avoid the risk of a fat embolus which is what made the BBL dangerous in the past.

Second, the "hip dips" actually start much closer to the middle of the butt than people realize so in order to properly fill the hip dip you have to have a BBL. That doesn't mean you will have a huge butt it just means you will have a much better shape. I focus on shape over volume.
