I’m abou 12 pounds above the weight I’m happiest at and I am only happier at that weight because my stomach would be smaller but it’s still my problem area and always has been. I have soft pinchable belly fat/rolls and love handles. I like the rest of my body and am within a healthy weight range so I don’t know if I should lose more weight bc I hate how my boobs and butt shrink when I do! Could cool sculpting help give me the shape I want without losing my other curves? Or would Lipo be better?
