Should I be concerned about my grafted nipple secreting liquids? (Photo)

I had double incision top surgery last December with free nipple grafts. I've noticed that, when I squeeze it (or even just touch it sometimes), my nipple secretes liquids—sometimes clear, sometimes pale white/very light yellow. I know this is normal for people without surgery, but I'm not sure if it's normal with grafted nipples. Should I be concerned?

The best way to go is to remove the current areolas along with the residual (excess) volume that you have. The chest is not completlely flat because there is still some extra skin and fat present. Once that tissue is removed, the areolas can either be tattooed or reconstructed using labia minora.
