Is It Possible for Gum Tissue to Grow Together if Stitches Came out Too Soon ?

I had 4 lower dental implants with bone grafting, and my stitches came out within a couple of days. Now there is an open 'trench' between my gums where the implants are, and my gums are not connected to each other. Will they eventually grow together on their own? My surgeon will not stitch them back together, and just has me on antibiotics. I am worried that they are not going to heal. Thank you in advance for your time.

It is difficult to give you a detailed treatment plan without seeing you and having your x-rays in front of me.  It sounds like you will need a dental implant to replace the missing tooth along with gum grafting to cover the recession on the teeth that are currently supporting the bridge...

No, Too much time has not gone by.  The only issue is that you may have some bone loss where the teeth were removed.  This may necessitate some bone grafting procedures either at the time of implant placement or prior to implant placement.  This may include sinus lift bone grafts...
