How safe is Emsculpt after a tummy tuck with muscle plication? If it is how, long should one wait after the surgery to get it?

Emsculpt should be very safe 5 months after your abdominal muscle plication. Emsculpt causes your muscles to have supramaximal contractions which in turn builds muscle mass and decreases abdominal fat. Though I believe it to be safe at this time, you should consult with your surgeon for clearance prior to your Emsculpt treatment. Good luck and be well.

you should be fine at this point after surgery to get an Emsculpt treatment. It will not affect the sutures you had from your muscle plication

Thank you for your question. I would recommend checking with your plastic surgeon prior to undergoing the Emsculpt procedure but it would seem 6 months should be sufficient time for healing following your plication procedure.
