Asymmetry is to be expected after a labiaplasty procedure.  It looks like you are healing just fine.  Be sure to keep your surgeon updated with your recovery process.

It takes 6-8 weeks for the sutures to dissolve, and then the tissue will continue flatten out for a more natural appearance. The skin at the transition from the clitoral hood to the labia minora can be flattened out if this area does not flatten.
