In the abstract, fillers are not going to get this done. But then, a canthopexy will not do it either. To make an eye bigger appearing, more of the eye needs to be exposed. This is generally accomplished by lifting the upper eyelid to some degree (cosmetic ptosis). We are talking theoretical here, so what you might actually need will be different. What I can tell you is that you are asking for trouble heading down this road. I say that because it is almost certain that you and your potential surgeon are headed for miscommunication. I recommend extreme caution.
