One breast bigger than the other - BEFORE & AFTER Breast Reduction surgery. What kind of revision surgery can be done to fix it?

If very asymmetric then a revision would be necessary.  This would involve opening the same incisions and removing additional breast tissue.  If your original surgery was done under insurance, the revision may be done as a scar revision and insurance may pay for it.

Sorry your chosen surgeon did not make adjustments during surgery to attempt to even you out! Now YES you need to wait 9 months to a year before revision. Sorry...again

Without photos it is difficult to say. Sometimes liposuction alone can help, or redoing the same procedure and removing more tissue can do the trick.

I am sorry to hear about your concerns after breast reduction surgery. If, in the longer term, your breast asymmetry is significant (and assuming you are happy with the size of the smaller breast), then additional reduction of the larger side can be done to improve your outcome. Additional maneuvers may or may not be helpful ( depending on your physical examination and concerns/goals) would include improvement of symmetry areola, scar revision surgery… Best wishes.
