67, male. How can I treat lower eyelid spider veins? (Photo)

67 y/o male, excellent health & good overall skin quality. All of my treatments to date have been with the same medically directed skin, laser & surgery practice. Had upper & lower blepharoplasty over 7 years ago and happy with the results. I followed-up with 2 profractional laser treatment sessions to address general skin laxity around the eyes (the last profractional was 5 years ago.) Just recently I noticed that I'm developing some small spider veining on the lower eyelids right up to my eyelashes. I met again with their laser specialist, as I'm considering Erbium light, or Profractional again to address skin laxity that’s again developing around my eyes. When I pointed out the spider veining as another issue, the technician said they had nothing to treat the veins so close to the eyes. This surprised me a bit, and I am trying to determine if that is an accurate statement, and that nothing can really be done about them.
