Finger Can't Fit Inside my Nostril After Alaplasty

Is it normal for your smallest finger not to fit on your nostrils 4 weeks after alarplasty? my nostrils still feel numb. I hade goretex, tipplasty and alarplasty done

This would depend upon the amount of swelling.  I would not recommend placing fingers in the nostril after alar base reduction.
