Can fillers fix my chipmunk mouth? (Photo)

When I talk or make any kind of face, these ugly lines/folds on the sides of my mouth appear. Not sure what they're called. Most people I see don’t have them. They aren’t there when I make a straight face. They aren't laugh lines & I don't think they're nasolabial lines either. I've heard of chipmunk cheeks but I don’t have big cheeks at all so this is more like chipmunk mouth. Is there any kind of filler or surgery that can fix this? And what are the folds called? Thanks in advance
