Are Botox Feet Injections Safe?

Injections with fillers into the feet can be done, but considered an off-label use.  Although hyaluronic acids, like Restylane, can be used, Radiesse tends to last longer.  

Botox is injected to prevent hyperhydrosis of the underarms, hands, and feet. You're probably hearing about hyaluronic acid or dermal fillers to areas of the feet to provide cushioning.

Radiese or Juvederm or other injectable fillers can cushion the balls of the feet, or even the heels, to help east the pressure of hi heels.

It is considered "off label" but is done fairly frequently. It tends to last slightly less than a year, depending on the product.

Botox can be used for the feet to treat hyperhidrosis or excessive sweating. Fillers on the other hand are used to reduce the discomfort some people feel with their footwear by adding extra cushion. ~ Dr. Benjamin Barankin, Toronto Dermatology Centre.

Botox is not what is being injected for the balls and heels of the feet so that stilettos can be worn.  Hyaluronic acid is what is being injected to cushion and ease the load on the ball of the foot or the pressure around the heels.  The procedure lasts about 6 to 9 months.  Depending on the cost of dermal fillers in your area, and, at a minimum, you probably need a couple of syringes if not more, so at a minimum $1000-1200, but it will probably be higher than this.  The other question, is it safe?  Well, there are always risks with injections of dermal fillers and these risks should be reviewed thoroughly with your injector.

It is not Botox but the thicker hyaluronics injected into the ball of the feet in order to add more 'padding'.  Takes a lot of product and it tends to work its way out of position very quickly because of the immense amount of vertical pressure on the pillow of product.  You might look into Sorbothane inserts particularly for the ball of your foot as these are amazing shock absorbers for the pressure points of the feet. 

You aren't talking about Botox. You are talking about collagen, and actually hyaluronic acid really, as collagen is very rarely used anymore. Botox and hyaluronic acid is not the same thing but is often confused. What is done is hyaluronic acid is injected into the balls of the feet giving more padding to that area. It takes a good deal of hyaluronic acid to do this, and of course it is entirely off-label from the manufacturers, but it is done. It will cost you a great deal of money to have this done, but it can last for about 8 months' time.
