Unsure of which procedure for under eye area

Question

I will be 38 in a month and am experiencing some usual aging, however, my under eye area when I smile looks quite terrible for my age. What would the recommendation be to correct hollows fine lines and wrinkling of the skin when smiling? I have apples but when the raise up from smiling they push up and wrinkle the fine skin under my eyes. Any advice is much appreciated!!

Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser.  Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads can seriously improve surface sun damage and UV related pigmentation. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.

Hello, to begin with, I advise for you Ultheraphy treatment for the eye area to create youthfulness and firmness in the skin. Ultheraphy will make you very happy. There are slight depression and darkness around your eyes. For this purpose, Maili filling and Amber injection increase the effectiveness of the treatment. A molecule with "Succinate" in amber is found. It lightens up skin colour and provides for anti-aging. Maili is a state of the art; highest technology, oxy-free, long-lasting, edema-free Hyaluronic Acid type of filler. It would be best for your doctor's decision about the quantity of the dosage. I think, a few small touches around your eyes; will be more than enough.
