One of my spacer came out and another is loose. I believe I have 8. What do I do?

I got spacers I think about 3 or 4 weeks ago. They really hurt for about 3 or 4 days, but then they stopped. But about 3 days ago, I was eating and I felt my spacer become loose. The next morning it came out and my mom said it was fine. But this morning I was eating and another became loose and has hurt all day. Literally five minutes ago I wasn’t even eating and it became looser. I’m trying to keep it in this time but is hard. My appointment isn’t for a few days and it’ll be quite a few days after! Help!
