I got Lipo and fat transfer 7-3-15 the following week cld barely walk found out both cheeks were infected went to hospital where they made incisions so infection cld drain right cheek drains constantly I've had iv antibiotics and now on 2 by mouth the side that drains a lot still has a semi warm spot and continues to drain wondering if antibiotics will clear it up do I need to b cut again to drain another area and both cheeks still have a hard spot

Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation, discomfort and irregularities are normal.
If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.
