How long does the butt take to get soft? How can I tell if it will stay hard, and will this infection ruin surrounding tissue?

I got Lipo and fat transfer 7-3-15 the following week cld barely walk found out both cheeks were infected went to hospital where they made incisions so infection cld drain right cheek drains constantly I've had iv antibiotics and now on 2 by mouth the side that drains a lot still has a semi warm spot and continues to drain wondering if antibiotics will clear it up do I need to b cut again to drain another area and both cheeks still have a hard spot
