Rogaine and SVT?

I am 44 and have been on Rogaine for 15 years. Haven't had any side effects and was using it twice daily initially but for the last 6 years went to once a day which seemed to work just as good. Started applying it twice daily 3 months back due to increased shedding and recently had an episode of svt. I was drinking around 5 cups of strong coffee daily and also under a bit of stress recently. Is it safe to carry on applying the 5% rogaine once daily considering it's suited me in the past?
