2nd opinion request: I don’t trust my provider, what corrective options do I have for a PDO thread lift gone wrong? (Photos)

Sometimes threads present post insertion complications such as indentation/dimpling, with time it resolves on it own. Question is how long ago was the threads placed? The indentation/dimpling you see will resolve on its own, but if it bothers you that much, ask your provider if they have radio frequency, they can apply the RF heat for coupleof visits and it will soften out the dimpling. Or you can ask for Morpheus8 for brow area and it will help resolve the problem. I will not attempt filler at the problem site, it should not be the first attempt, any treatment with good radio frequency should help. On the other hand, you may loose the lift, since the RF heat will dissolve the thread quicker than expected. I have been doing threads for sometime now and I never had to remove any threads. Will I say every patient expectation or satisfaction was the same, no! However, 9/10 when my patients follow post care instructions, they always turn out to love the results. I advise if the threads were recently placed, give it up to a few more weeks and the dimpling will resolve. Other wise, the thread insertion site won’t change and since you wanted the tail of the brow lifted instead of your arch, if you just don’t like it and want the threads remove or dissolve quicker, ask for radio frequency treatment, I will advise don’t remove it just dissolve it and enjoy the collagen stimulation.
