2nd opinion request: I don’t trust my provider, what corrective options do I have for a PDO thread lift gone wrong? (Photos)

I wanted to raise my brow tip/tail with pdo threads & my provider assured me he could. Instead he raised my whole outer brow with no change to shape & now I have a dent where he said he “overpulled in case I slept on my side”. I am a back sleeper & good patient so this wasn’t needed. He said he could massage it down if needed but could filler in the dent work better? Should I see a different provider to fix it as altho certified he said he’s never fixed a threads issue before. 4d post
