Hello doctors, I was wandering how safe are the custom implants? I'm talking about the implants that is one piece; both a jaw and a chin enhancer. I realize it's more expensive, but I've heard that it's safer than to get stock implants. Is this true? And also how durable are they? Will they shift? Thank you for your time.
