Hi. My name is riyaz.i am 22 years old. Actually my hairlinr is receding on the left side from the centre. Is it normal to lose 5-10 hairs each day after bath.? Can i regrow my hairline to a mature hairline.?

Receeding hairline is not a hair loss because of ongoing process of androgenetic alopecia but a simple juvenile type maturing of frontal hair line. That is seen almost every young boys almost between 16-21 that have a very rounded hairline without recession in the corners. Recession in the corners is a sign of mature pattern male frontal hair line.

Losing 10 hairs a days fits into the normal number of hair lost (up to 80 is ok). The best way to determine if your hairline is maturing is to lift your eyebrows and as your forehead creases, a mature hairline will be one finger breadth above the highest crease
