How can I treat atrophy following Cortisone injections in my cheeks? (Photo)

2 years ago I had a surgical procedure on my face which caused some prolonged swelling of my cheeks. In November 2022, my doctor injected my cheeks with steroids (triamcinone) and I have developed rather large, noticeable dimples in my cheeks, almost greenish in colour. I know this is likely fat atrophy, however, what can I do to improve this? Is there any other option to dermal fillers?
