How much time is needed between eyelid surgery & start of isotretinoin (10mg/day)?

My doctor prescribed isotretinoin 10mg/day but I am delaying taking it as I first want to get a planned eyelid surgery behind me. How long must I wait after surgery, in order to start on the isotretinoin treatment? Many thanks for your advice.
