Permanent bruising removal options after Miracle PCL meso under eyes then mono threads? (Photo)

At the beginning of 2024 I had 2 rounds of miracle pcl meso under the eyes. In September I had mono threads placed there also but it ruptured a blood vessel and caused a black eye. I was told that pcl injections can hold a bruise in place and I still have a dark shadow 3 months later. I’ve asked some clinics about nd:yag lasers but no one wants to touch it and they turn me away without any solution. I can’t live with these permanent bruises, and I don’t know why they are scared to treat me.
