Help! Skin on cheeks and lower face effected by hyalase!

Hi, my skin on my lower face feels and looks different (lose, spongey/ like there is more skin). I am very slim and my face has always been v boney. My lower face looks weird especially when I smile since the hyalase. 3 rounds of hyalase over the last three months in the areas of my smile lines/ cheeks/eye. I had roughly around 6ml put in April 2021 and I had to dissolve it because of work someone else did in December 2021 that looked awful. Please help! Will this improve & can I retreat?
