Having Secret RF while on low dose Roaccutane

This is certainly an abnormal reaction. Either it was not Secret RF or it was set at an extremely high intensity and this is a burn along the needle marks. You need to apply moisturizing cream or silvadine and ice as soon as possible.

Just based on your two photos, I would suggest treating the area with an antifungal cream to see if you can get some improvement. Your pores look thickened which micro-needles alone should not do. You can also try a small amount of castor oil massaged into that area at night.
