How do I get rid of this red line on my penis?

I think this is called the penile raphe. It is a red line which isn’t straight it is a little bit curvy and goes from a bit higher from my testicles and goes up towards the penis tip. I don’t know whether it is a fungus or scarring. I use anti fungal cream for it and have used it for about 2 weeks now but isn’t really doing anything. Please help!
