I would recommend against using PDO threads for the nose as a nonsurgical option. They can be removed but you most likely would have a significant amount of scar tissue, increasing the complexity of the case from a surgical standpoint. The decision to undergo rhinoplasty is a strictly personal one, as only you can weigh the pros and cons of the recovery and financial aspects relative to how much the nasal appearance bothers you. Hi there! Great questions. Filler can work for the nose to a degree. I find it's helpful for camouflaging a hump. The problem is inflammation and getting a result to last. If you've tried filler, there are risks of continuing to place it within the nose such as scarring or vascular compromise. I would avoid threads in the nose as they can lead to an unsightly result and scarring. If you're looking for more significant change, rhinoplasty may be a great option.
