I’m female, 38, and mixed white and South Asian. I have a flat, stubby nose, that I would like to make longer and more defined. I had nose filler in 2020. On the day it looked incredible, but it lasted a week and then the nose looked bigger…the filler seemed to last only weeks overall. I have read about nose thread lifts but they don’t seem popular in the UK. Can anything be done non surgically or is rhinoplasty the only option? Thanks in advance! Photos included below
