Can I get a dental bridge for lower Pre-Molar 1 and 2 after having them removed?

Hello, if you just had 1st and 2nd molar extracted, best recommendation is to have dental implants or a partial plate. Most of the biting forces are taken by bicuspids and molars, if there is nothing further back to anchor to do a fixed bridge, there is no way we could place a bridge. Doing a cantilever bridge would end up damaging the anchor teeth.

Hi, it is not advised to replace 2 molars with a dental bridge.Moreover, wisdom tooth usually is not a good tooth to be base of a dental bridge. Also, bear in mind to get a bridge you will have to have 2 teeth on the side shaved which damage them permanently. Hello!The bridge you plan to get done from the 1st premolar to the wisdom molar is a very long span bridge.The retention of the bridge depends on the height of the premolar and wisdom molar.Over a period of time the bridge can come off or spoil the other teeth.If you can get implants done,they are the best option.
