Lateral or endoscopic brow lift with blepharoplasty - which would be best for me? (photo)

Question

I am a younger patient - only 20 but have very hooded eyes - down to genetics. i’m in the process of finding the right doctor - have had a few consultations, where I was recommended to have the lower blepharoplasty too! my question is what kind of brow lift would be best for me. I am not too fussed about minimal forehead scarring-the idea of screws is more scary for me. Should I have a lateral or endoscopic brow lift? Any advice would be really appreciated!

Dear megdarcy,
Thanks for uploading your photo. A lateral brow lift with a bleph will be appropriate to lift the tail of your brow while also improving the eyelid skin redundancy. Not all surgeons use screws for endoscopic browlift. There are other techniques like bone tunnels (I use this one), or Endotine implants. You have options. A lateral brow lift will release and lift part of your middle and medial brow as well. My recommendation would be lateral brow lift with upper blepharoplasty. I hope this helps.
