Indentations after Botox and Ultraformer treatment. Should I try to fix this with laser or fillers? (Photo)

I had a ultraformer and botulinum toxin treatment and after 4 months, exactly when the botox started to wear off, i noticed some indentation on my temples. The Doctor who performed the treatment overseas said that from photos it looked like dysport may have caused muscular atrophy. She told me she would be able to fix this using some laser or filler. Do you think i should try to fix it now or do you think there’s a chance that this might improve with time? thank you

There’s absolutely no way that Dysport or Botox would have caused these indents because they do not cause muscle atrophy. I would carefully go over your photographs prior to the treatment and after. If the indents were not there, then most likely they were caused by the use of the ultrasound modality which can destroy subcutaneous fat. If that is indeed the case, I would use fillers of hyaluronic base as long as necessary or switch to fat grafting which will produce permanent results but I would observe this for two more months to make sure that you’re not making a mistake.
