I have a shallow cleft in my chin that extends from my bottom lip to nearly the end of my chin. It didn't become visually apparent until puberty, and has become more noticeable as I've aged. Now at 35, I notice that I've developed wrinkles in the cleft. I've never seen one like mine. It nearly disappears when I smile, and is most apparent when my face is at rest. 1) why did this show up when I was 15? 2) Is this as uncommon as I presume? 3) could Botox eliminate it?
