When I smile my chin protrudes down (side profile pic) and I get lines/folds on my face. I've been told that this is a muscle thing & I need to be careful using filler & that there's not much that I can do. Any advice on treatments or surgeries much appreciated! In addition the excess skin/fat under my chin. Thank you in advance!! :)
