Can I have fiborblast/plasma pen on my nose after rhinoplasty?

I had rhinoplasty 3 and a half years ago and I am mostly happy with the result, although my nose fluctuates. Some days its great, small and defined and others its still a bit big and doesn't look as good. I've seen that you can have fibroblast/plasma pen on your nose to shrink it and think this would be good for me to refine my nose and keep it looking like it does on a good day! Is this ok to have? Will it cause any problems for me? Thank you!
