Fat beneath pulling eyebrow down? (Photo)

I'm not sure if it is an eyelid issue or an eyebrow issue but there seems to be more fat under my right eye which covers my eye more and brings my eyebrow down. Just wanted to know what the options are to solve this imbalance.

Thank you for your question and posting your photos. A common problem is addressing the skin of the eyelid prior to correcting the ptosis. The ptosis will become more evident. Fortunately, you can still have the ptosis repair. Please see an experienced oculoplastic surgeon for further guidance....
