Im wondering if im a good candidate for facetite ir endoscopic face lift im almost 53 but starting with heavinesss in lower face and neck. I dont really want a full face lift

Before jumping into expensive, invasive surgeries or to expensive, bells and whistles devices, like RF gizmos (where the hard science to support their use lags well behind the marketing hype and social media buzz to promote them), you may wish to consider the use of appropriately injected robust HA fillers for providing a lift to the cheeks (to reestablish a desirable Ogee Curve) and for straightening and defining the jawline (to address jowling). Additionally, microdroplets of Botox injected properly along the jawline and underside can help to further tighten the jawline and improve the upper neck. 
Finally, IF still felt necessary after the foregoing, a robust HA lifting filler can be used to straighten the marionette folds ("sad" lines) and a medium viscosity HA filler can be used to directly to further improve the smile lines. 
In the hands of an experienced board certified dermatologist injector expert, ALL of the foregoing is  entirely nonsurgical and, if so desired, can be performed in one treatment session with immediate results and typically with engendering little to no significant post-treatment downtime.
