26 years old, does NeckTite sound right for me? Any risks in terms of skin quality or future facelift outcomes? (Photos)

I’m 26 (turning 27) and originally thought I might need a deep plane neck lift and possibly a chin implant (I've never liked my side profile). My surgeon did not think my case was extreme enough for a chin implant or a deep plane neck lift. They felt my chin projection was already good, but that I just had a small amount of fat along my chin. Instead, they recommended NeckTite to help define my jawline, along with a bit of filler after I’m healed in my depressor muscles. I’ve recently read that heating the skin layers (like with RF-assisted procedures) can be controversial, with some concerns about whether it may affect skin quality long-term. Since I’ll most likely want a surgical face and neck lift in the future, I’m worried about whether doing NeckTite now could make that harder or compromise results later on. Does NeckTite have any risks for someone my age in terms of skin quality or future facelift outcomes? And overall, does this sound like a good option for me?
