I’m a 31 year old female, 160cm and 61kg. I’ve always held stubborn fat in my face (it’s definitely genetic as my mum has the same). I hate it because it makes me look heavier in weight than I am. I had CoolSculpting a few years ago which really helped underneath my chin, but I’ve got jowls / excess skin that I really want to get rid of (see photos). I’m fine when I hold my face in a normal position but any slight movement downwards it creates a crease then I have the excess fat/skin creating jowls. Not sure if I’ve got all the terminology right but if someone could highlight what the issue is and what the best solution would be that’d be really appreciated. Thank you!
