There is various conflicting answers online as to when you can resume exercise (Weightlifting in particular) after a beard transplant. I have asked my doctor but the reasons around waiting severals weeks to exercise isn’t clear. How long should I wait? I understand weightlifting increases blood pressure and you don’t want to increase the blood pressure in your head, but will increased pressure to the head actually cause harm to implants in the face? If it does, what will actually happen?
