I eat a healthy mostly mediterannean diet but I easily gain weight owing to the calorie dense food eg olive oil, nuts, cheese etc. I have become accustomed to eating large portions and am gaining weight . Answer: Suitable or not for Sleeve Gastrectomy Hello there. If your BMI (body mass index) is above 30, then we can do the surgery. However, yours is 23.3 which means very normal and healthy at that point. I recommend you to do good diet and exercise.
