Asymmetrical face after thread lift. What are my options?

Have you spoken to that physician again since having your procedure? If you go back and see him I am certain they should work to balance your results. I encourage you to call upon the practice again. The procedure would be simple and would entail adding a few threads for balance. I hope this has helped.

Thanks for the question. Since I have no photos nor hands-on evaluation opportunity, I will answer generally.
Based on the premise you and your surgeon chose a PDO ThreadLift for your face with asymmetrical numbers of threads, I might deduce your left face had more sagging than the right. If this happened recently, options include disruption of the barbed lift and / or removal of the barbed sutures. If it occurred over 6 weeks ago, you may have enough collagen scar that removal of the sutures may have already “fixed” the tissues in place. Your best options at this time may include:
• Re-examination by the inserting surgeon
• Additional subcutaneous suture suspension (ie Threadlift)
• Fillers including Sculptra
• Facelift
• Obtain a second opinion from a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, experienced and talented in the use of suspension sutures.
