Advice on improving midface – fillers vs mini facelift. Male, 30 (Photos)

andrepdcosta
Hi everyone, I’m looking for honest feedback and advice on what to do next regarding my midface area. A bit over a year ago (around August 2024), I had fillers done on my cheeks and nasolabial folds. Since then, I’ve also had Profhilo Structura (2–3 times) to boost collagen and under-eye polynucleotides. While I see some improvement, I still feel like my midface — especially between my cheeks and nasolabial folds — lacks the tightness and lift I’d like. My under-eye area also looks slightly sunken, particularly under certain lighting. I’ve attached photos showing how it appears in different lighting and one where I pull the skin to show the smoother look I’m aiming for. I exercise regularly and have seen overall changes, but I’d really like a sharper, tighter look, similar to more structured faces with less visible fat. There’s still a bit of heaviness or descent in that area that bothers me. I’m trying to decide if to: a) add more filler, b) consider other treatments (non invasive) or c) consider a mini facelift (or possibly a micro facelift. I’d love to hear honest thoughts or experiences — whether more filler could achieve this or if a surgical option might be the only way to get the lift and definition I want. I’m happy with my jawline, so this is mainly a midface concern. I’m 30 years old, male, and have already invested quite a bit, so I want my next step to make a real, natural-looking difference. Thanks in advance for your insights!
