Breasts are some what low - do I need a breast lift? (Photos)

Hi. I’ve got 32ff breasts. They are some what low. Is the shape due to the size? As in are they like this because of how big they are?

You are a great candidate for breast uplift surgery. Breast lift also reduces bra size by one cup. When we remove and reposition the excess skin and sagging breast tissue, cup sizes are naturally reduced. This is a good thing that gives patients full, perky and smaller breasts.

I think you’ll be hard-pressed to see women who have your size breast that are high and perky unless they have implants. 
The weight of your breast causes a gravitational pull that stretches out tissue.
There are women with much smaller breast that are droopy as well.
Generally, the bigger the breast the more it’s going to stretch out the tissues.
