I had cosmelan peel 3 months ago and have seen a slight improvement. But the dark pigments are still there . Should I go for dermalan peel or cosmelan again ?i have had some left with my provider and not sure if it will help anymore . How about glutione injections will they help. I’m not sure what caused my malasma but it’s been a year like this .I have used the after care following cosmelan peel religiously and use sun cream and hat . I had the peel in the hotter months but wore a hat/suncream

Although the lasers worked well, you should also start a regimented maintenance program or else the pigmentation may recur. I would suggest, as I do in my office, Melarase AM and Melarase PM followed by Melapads. We use this with most lasers and cosmelan peels.
