Will my tip drop after the cast is removed?

For the first few
weeks after rhinoplasty the nasal tip can look particularly high. The nose can
also appear more distorted while you are wearing the cast. It is best to wait
until the cast is removed, then the swelling can take many months to subside
and the tip usually drops over the following weeks/months. It is best to
discuss your concerns with your surgeon when you cast is removed.

Often right after a rhinoplasty procedure, the tip can look a bit elevated.  Often when the splint is removed and the swelling subsides, the tip drops a bit.

Early post  operative swelling may have caused your nose to turn up as well as the splint. Relax, you are only two days into the recovery. I'm sure your doctor can reassure you at your follow up appointment. Don't be critical yet, it is simply too early to see the final result.
