Best treatment option for Squamous cell carcinoma--in situ. Bowens on NASAL TIP? Is SRT the right way to go? (photo)

I am a healthy 61 yo woman. In '09 I developed a scaly patch on my nasal tip. It was treated with Aldera. '15 it returned and treated with Fluorouracil. 9/16 it came back and it was frozen off. 5/17 back again. Biopsy now shows SCC insitu Bowens Disease. I was referred for Mohs and a flap repair. So scary! Looking at other options and came across "superficial radiation therapy--SRT". I'm excited about this and need help to evaluate. Another derm suggested excision and curettage. Thank you!
