I have Primary Progressive MS and it has made working out much harder. I do Pilates a couple times a week and walk, but I'm also in my 40s and having trouble losing weight around my middle. Is EmSculpt a good option?

No, you will still get good results. Not all areas are to go up to 100% anyway. On the abdomen, it is best to achieve at least 40%. Personally, I cannot do 100% myself on the abdomen.
