I know Emsculpt protocol 1 reduces fat & builds muscle while #2 builds muscle & preserves fat. But is there a difference between them as to which builds more muscle? I am already skinny so I think my tech used protocol 2 on me (had glutes & abs done) since he asked me if I wanted fat burn or tone & I said tone. Building muscle is more important to me & fat burn less so. But if there's no difference in the effect of the two and one also burns fat I would prefer that one on my abs. Please help thx
