Had laser hair removal on upper lip on wed. Red n swollen. Especially lips.Applied ice n hydrocortisone. Thur - same. Face became more swollen traveling around from lops to cheeks.Fri- woke up w blisters- told to apply hydrocortisone. Took a Benadryl. Sat- more blisters . This is on area where she didnt zap as have white hairs. I now am applying neosporin. First The spa said I had an allergy. Then the spa said I'm breaking out in pimples. I don't know whether to apply cold or heat oil's or Cortizone
